Welcome to Intellush. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intellush's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Intellush offers three subscription tiers:
All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance globally. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Annual plans provide a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes and will be grandfathered at their current price until the end of their current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Premium and Premium Pro). If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@intellush.com within 30 days of your initial payment. Include your account email and a brief explanation (optional).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please note that refunds after the 30-day period are at our sole discretion.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent auto-renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal (accessible from your account settings) or by contacting our support team at support@intellush.com.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Basic (free) tier.
Cancellations do not result in partial refunds for the remaining billing period, except as specified in Section 4 (Refund Policy).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:
The AI-generated summaries and classifications provided by Intellush are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it for critical decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Intellush and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
